Now Again: Who is God?
Link to Quick Truths
Facing the Spiritual God at Last! Come! Let’s approach God, the Father “… let us go up to the mountain of the LORD, to the house of Jacob’s God. There he will teach us his ways, and we will walk in his paths” (Isaiah 2:3, NLT).
Who is God?
God is a spirit Being Whom we must worshiped spiritually (John 4:24), or else we worship in vain, useless.
Considering that we cannot see Him, there’s no other way of basically knowing Him better than acknowledging Him only in all faith (Hebrews 11:1) that He exists, lives (Luke 20:38) and that through Him all things are created (Revelation 4:11), and above all He is One (1 Corinthians 8:6) nothing above Him exists.
God has more for us than we for ourselves. His will be done at all cost even to the extent He suffers through His Son only to carry out to the full extent His Plan until fulfillment.
And so, God has a Vision briefly stated in Revelation 21:3. Just how good and exciting is this Vision is a stunning question.
The Vision of God
Is God with us now? If you believe so, then you miss the mark and everything you understand about God is all farce without direction. God has all these desires to be with us. He looks ahead of time seeing Himself dwelling with us (Rev 21:3). And so He created you and me and all humanity toward this end called Vision.
Behold, God’s dwelling is with people, and he will dwell with them, and they will be his people, and God himself will be with them as their God (Rev 21:3, WEB).
STANDING BEFORE GOD
We shall all be standing before God (Romans 14:10), not as guilty people but as Christ’s sinning brothers. Christ defended us before hand (1 John 4:10). It is because of Christ that God considers us.
So why do you condemn another believer? Why do you look down on another believer? Remember, we will all stand before the judgment seat of God (Romans 14:10).
NOT GUILTY
Why were we brought to the holy presence of God when we are all sinners, we could burn instantly (biblical).
God consider us all as not guilty thanks the propitiation of Christ. God gave us His glory, the small portion of glory that entitles us to get near to God. There is that greater glory , that is when we are all immortalized, living forever.
For we must all stand before Christ to be judged. We will each receive whatever we deserve for the good or evil we have done in this earthly body (2 Corinthians 5:10, NLT).
CHRISTIANS SHOULD UPGRADE
Christians should upgrade their beliefs to this fact. We cannot face God if we are guilty. This is one of the primary work of Christ on our behalf in Heaven after accomplishing the works on earth, His life born of flesh, His death and resurrection.
Unfortunately, many people professing to be Christians continue to re-enact this earthly experiences of Christ when it is already irrelevant, all already accomplished.
To be continued . . .
Do more people come yet?
Look, people have different levels of understanding and degree of faith. Some respond quickly, others aloof, others defy, but ultimately, by the power of God’s Words, they are all conquered by the love of God, finally believe and saved immortalized to live forever. When all, it is all where no one left behind.
